Total responsibility from specification to aftercare

To get the best performance out of our installations, we plan the whole project down to the last detail. We use the products of the electronics industry’s most respected manufacturers: Panasonic, Denon, Aquavision, Bowers & Wilkins, Crestron, Control4 and NuVo.

There are three stages of our work: Specifying and ordering the components, integration and installation, and handover including tutorial and after care.

Specifying: we know what is available on the market and how each product will perform within any given installation. We only specify only top quality products.

Integration and installation: We have a team of well-qualified, highly experienced technicians who integrate and configure the various systems: audio, visual, climate, lighting, security with the preferred method(s) of control such as wireless touch pads and remotes. They will also connect to outside media such as telephone lines, broadband as well as terrestrial, cable and Sky transmissions to maximise the potential of the installation.

Tutorial and aftercare: None of our installations are complete until the users, young and old, know how to command the system to their complete satisfaction. We are also available to sort out any unforeseen snags encountered after we have left.
